So my tag for day 8.

Here is my day 7 tag. I didn't have any stuff he used except the Rock Candy. I used reg. canvas and I used eggplant spray and pesto color sprays.

Dress Form

I just got this new rubber plate from Oxford Impression and I just had to play with with it right away.

I got day 2 done on day 2. Yea for me. I didn't have anything that Tim had except the ink.

Tag 1

This is what I came up with for Tim Holtz tag day 1.

Flower Lady

I was playing with Distressed ink pads and water and a craft sheet. I rubbed the ink on the sheet and spritzed water and then I took the paper and rubbed it in the inks. Then I used Staz-On brown and stamped the words for the background. Next I added the lady and the flowers and butterflies.

Waiting for Gesso to dry

This is what I did last night waiting for the gesso to dry in the raven book I 'm working on. The stamp is from Tim Hotlz and the lady is from Lisa's Altered Arts. I tried rubbing inks on a craft sheet and spritz water and then smooch paper in it.

Here is a 4x4 that I did for day od the Dead. the images I used I got in a image swap that we did over at Altered Gypsy.

Halloween Pages

This is what I did for the Halloween book swap. I did the front and back. Most of the images are from Third Coast Rubber Stamps. It is a little different from the first one I did.

Caught Fairy

I captured her last night. She was looking for her frog that was hanging on our window last night, we caught him to but we released him. Fairy is from Lisa's Altered Arts. I made the cage my self.

6x6 Halloween Page

This is a 6x6 Halloween page I did last night. All the stamps are Third Coast except the raven. Don't know if it's Halloween enough. I might do something else. I still have to color the background.

Here is a card I did with the Graphic 45 Alice in Wonderland at Halloween. I really like this paper. It's never to early for Halloween.

Here is a card I made for Liisa post office lady. The background stamp is Hero and the I don't know the postage stamp. The lady fairy is by Land of Nod.

Here is Kris's page done. I took the door idea and the watch idea. I like how they came out. I also did the back of the screen page. I took the birdcage die cut and added Poe in the cage. The bird on the front has the key to let him out, or keep in in.

Doll

This is what I have been playing with. I needed to take a brake from Kris's book because I didn't know what else to do. I got some great ideas from the Altered Gypsies. I'm going to do a few of the ideas they said. Anyway.....

I got the doll idea from Craft Stamper mag. The saying is Here I found myself upon the north coast and took the road eastward between the mountains and the sea.

Background paper #2

I do not know why my second paper did not come up. So here it is. Like the other one I have to stamp on it still.

Background paper

I got this idea from Kris she has did some background papers and posted them over on her blog. I thought it would be fun to try. I had some purple paint left over from doing Kersten's altered book so I painted two papers. Now I have to stamp on them.

Here is Kris's page that I did. She has all different types of pages in her book. I knew the first time I saw this screen one is the one I would pick. The stick is from my yard and I have it there by wrapping wire around it. I also have the bird on there by wire. I think I might add something I just don't know what.

Raven's Doorway

OK here is my cover. It took me so long to do it because I just loved how it came out with nothing on it. The wording said Fly through the raven's doorway.

Sign In

Here is my sign in page. It is really the same size as the other one(because it's on the back) My scanner just couldn't pick it up. I think I'm going to leave it blank so they can sign it any where they want. Kinda like signing a yearbook.

Ravens Page 1

Here is what I did for my page 1. I think I still might a a moon. The trees and birds are from stampscapes and the Celitc border is from Just for Fun. The little ravens are from Martha Stewart confetti.

Cover

Here is just my painted cover. I LOVE how it came out. I first painted it with gesso and then I sprayed it with starch and I did pearl ex on it. Now I have have to finish it but I just had to show you that color of my cover.

Raven Spray Starch Art

Here is another piece of spray starch art. Boy is this fun. All the stamps are from I Brake For Stamps/ Time to Stamp.
I'm going to use this in our Altered Raven book swap. Don't know how yet.
Kris asked how I did this so here it goes.
Spray card stock with starch. A good amount. Wait till the white goes away.
Next take the pearl ex and brush it over the card stock. This one only has 1 color the other one had 3.
Then I let it dry.
After that I emboss the stamped image with white.

This is my King Raven for the 4x4. I like how it came out.

This is what I came up with for the 4x4. I don't know if I all that happy with it. Background stamp is by Non-Sequitur and the pipper is from Third Coast. I have glitter on the bottom for the snow.
